ABOUT US

Meet the Mosu Talent team.

When we founded Mosu Talent Solutions in 2012, we set out to transform executive search by moving beyond transactional recruitment. We recognized that lasting success required a fundamentally different approach. One that places equal emphasis on organizational needs and individual readiness.

Mulalo (Lali) Tshikalange

RECRUITMENT & SEARCH PARTNER | TRANSITION COACH

Lali has worked in recruitment for nineteen years, most of it in executive search and talent mapping, the kind of senior hiring where getting it wrong is costly for everyone involved. Her work has run across the full search function and across the continent, from cross-border mandates engaging senior leaders from Lagos to Nairobi to building executive search practices from the ground up for firms that had none. She started coaching for a reason that still shapes how she works. She kept watching good people struggle in new roles, not because they were wrong for the job, but because no one supported the landing. Placing someone well was never the end of the work. It was the beginning of it.

Lali chaired the Corporate Membership Board of APSO, the federation of African professional staffing organisations, from 2021 to 2023, and is completing an MPhil in Leadership Coaching at Stellenbosch Business School.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST | COACH

Creator of The Behavioural Performance Model™

Heather works where business performance meets human behaviour. With more than fifteen years in organisational development, leadership development, and culture transformation, she helps leaders build systems where people do their best work and performance follows. Her work is grounded in organisational psychology and change management, and it spans public institutions, state-owned entities, and private organisations. Alongside this, she coaches executives and managers through the transitions where good people most often come undone. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology and Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she is also completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. Her conviction is simple: when people are seen, heard, and given the right tools, they rise.

"As a supplier, the team understood our culture intimately and became one of the most successful recruitment suppliers."
